I’m a book publicist with over 10 years’ experience delivering high-impact campaigns across non-fiction and fiction. My work spans PR strategy, author positioning, book launches, events, and content production. I've led campaigns for hundreds of authors and worked with leading publishers including: Watkins Media, Angry Robot Books, Red Wheel/ Weiser, Duncan Baird Publishers, Hay House and Trigger Publishing (Welbeck) to bring books to market with visibility and impact.

Alongside my media career, I'm a UKCP and BACP accredited integrative psychotherapist and writer. I have written forTherapy Today,Resurgence, and Happiful.

Before specialising in publishing, I produced events for organisations including the Directors Guild of Great Britain and Ravensbourne College. Earlier in my career, I wrote the title track to Dina Carroll’s platinum-selling album, Only Human.
